Friendly staff and clean rooms, but bed could use more comfort.

All in all marvellous setting really close to a popular locally owned restaurant, a good local brewery and the factory outlets. Huge units with comfortable bed as well as microwave: D

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building short walk to music venue and shops and sights. Comfy and decent location, within walking distance of everywhere. Large room & very comfy bed.

Had a really great stay.
The room was comfy and huge with 2 queen beds when I arrived.

nice hot tub, good location, beautiful mountains
Room amenities could use a complete overhaul!!! The outdated decor is far from appealing, and the paper-thin walls turn your stay into an unintentional concert. Consider investing in soundproofing for a decent night's sleep!!!

Overall it was extremely spacious with sofa bed. There were central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk when we arrived. The accommodation had a central location close to the outlet malls down the way.
TBH, the room was extremely hot, we expected better.

Location was quiet , close to food and other shopping. A good base for exploring after the snow season

Nothing appealing but good enough for a night stop...Was lucky enough to get a pretty large and quiet room. However, nothing luxury in that inn...
Probably one of the worst breakfast I've ever had in a US hotel...

Very basic lodging, but whistle-clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff also had read my request for a fridge/microwave and they were in my room on arrival!
Very small TV, but there was cable!

Location to a variety of ski resorts was ideal
Internet may have been free but you could hardly get connected (assuming due to so much use by others) and there were not enough chairs in the breakfast area

The affordability.
I could hear the water from upstairs when flushed in toilet or in the shower. Being at the end of the hall the door is a bit noisy.

price was great for a one night stay! it was about a 10 minute drive to the slopes (Keystone).
We stayed at the first floor and you could hear people walking by. But overall it was pretty quite throughout the night. Breakfast was poor, just basic cereal, doughnuts and bread, nothing fancy. But if you want hot breakfast Village Inn was just right next door.

We spent one night in transit and the room was perfect for that. Large enough, with a sink separate from the rest of the bathroom so it made it easier for our party of 4. The breakfast was adequate for the locale and the price. It's not a luxury place but a very comfortable and decent place to spend a night. The staff was very helpful. It's close to the highway and you can walk to some eating places.
There weren't enough places to sit down in the lobby where the breakfast was served.

TVs were too small, breakfast was lacking, coffee was horrible. Heater in room was really loud, towels were as thin as the sheets. Over all horrible experience. Spent less on better accommodations. Will not be returning to this hotel.
